Ahhhh, what sweetness these two adorable newborn infant baby twins were. A boy and a girl… and what a gorgeous family with a beautiful story.
What makes these two beauties so very special is the story of how they came into the world. It really hit close to home for me myself, after trying so hard to get pregnant, then to have multiples. It’s such an odd feeling, going for no kids to multiples in one quick minute.
And these babies have a very special story to tell of how they came into this world. A story of love and family. Because, their aunt was their surrogate, so that their Mama and Papa could have children of their own. What a special bond the whole family has from this. And what an amazing Auntie for literally giving them the gift of life.
When they came to my home studio for their photo session, you could really feel the love and support they all had for one another. What a beautiful way to come into this world, little ones… surrounded by love and family.
Enjoy your sneak peek Mama and Papa. There are a ton more photos coming your way soon.
Please join me this Saturday for a super fun event! I will be hosting a Kelly’s Kids party for my friend an fellow multiple mama, Gina Salazar Hook. If you’re familiar with Kelly’s Kids clothing already, you know that it’s adorable, well made, and just plain stinkin’ cute! I recommend it to my photography clients for family sessions because the clothing is super easy to mix and match, which makes it easy for Mom to coordinate wardrobes between multiple kiddos. Plus the kids LOVE IT!!!
I’ve purchased several sets for my girls myself, and they just love wearing Kelly’s Kids clothing.
Sooooo, Gina and I decided to put our heads together and throw a party. Guests get to come over and see the clothing themselves in person, have a little fun, munch on a few snacks, and meet some other local families.
FREE PHOTO SHOOT
PLUS, I’m offering FREE mini photo sessions during this event. Bring the kids, try on some clothes, and I’ll take some photos for you. I’ll be providing you with a few low-res images for free for sharing on Facebook, email, or other social media, and if you love the photos you may purchase anything you wish at a 30% discount (in honor of my three girls’ fifth birthday this month!) for this event only. This is a great opportunity to get some Easter portraits for your kids.
BRING YOUR FRIENDS!!! But please RSVP so we know how many people to expect. 602-677-6402 or firstname.lastname@example.org
And if you’re not familiar with Kelly’s Kids cothing, here’s a sneak peek for you:
NOTE: THESE ARE PHOTOS FROM KELLY’S KIDS. I DID NOT TAKE THESE IMAGES… (although stop by on Saturday and I’ll knock your socks off with some amazing images of your own kiddos, LOL)
And if you can’t make it to the party, please visit Gina’s website to shop for Kelly’s Kids clothing. Seriously, you will be amazed at how great this line of children’s clothing is:
I’m often asked how many photos I normally get out of a newborn photography session, and how are those images prepared and presented to my clients. Here’s an example of a slideshow I prepared from a recent twin newborn photography session here at my Scottsdale Arizona baby photography studio.
This represents about half of the total number of images presented to my clients.
At the end of the slideshow I usually try to put together several suggestions for wall photo groupings for my clients, which helps them visualize exactly how their artwork could be prominently displayed in their home.
For me, I think it’s so extremely important to display family photos on the walls of your home, especially for your children to see as they grow older. It gives them a sense of just how treasured they are, how small they once were, and how much love you have for them… My own girls NEVER tire of viewing their own newborn photos especially, but also love their yearly photo albums which I create for them. They can spend hours just paging through old memories… that’s what it’s all about, for me.

Miss L’s mommy called me up the other day wanting some newborn shots of her GORGEOUS little daughter. She made it in right under the “newborn” gun, at 14 days old… and she was P-E-R-F-E-C-T!!!
And the extra-fun thing about this session, other than the fact that I LOVE shooting newborns, is that it turns out we know some of the same people. Her mama is a stylist at the same salon that my good friend and close neighbor Lisa Turley is at. Small world here in little ole Scottsdale, huh?
Anyway, Miss L was such a sweet little sleepy bundle and sooooooo photogenic… take a look for yourselves:
Oh, my goodness. These two beauties came in when they were just a little over a week old. They were sooooooo incredibly gorgeous, I couldn’t take my eyes off of them.
So snuggly, beautiful, and perfect in every way.
Enjoy your sneak peek Mom and Dad. There are a TON more coming up in your private gallery.
This little lady came to my Scottsdale newborn photography studio recently, escorted by her proud mommy and daddy. She was such a pleasure to work with, as were her parents.
And oh, my, goodness… can you believe what a beauty she is?
I seriously can’t get enough of that gorgeous head of hair on her!
Ohhhh, baby Dylan came to visit me recently in my new home studio and he couldn’t have been more of a DREAM to work with. Sooooo squishy and scrumptious, just the way I like my babies, LOL.
His mama planed the PERFECT time to come in, right at a week old, so he was all sleepy and perfect for our session together.
Thanks again, Mama! I LOVED meeting you and spending time with your new bundle of joy. Congratulations! He’s a gorgeous boy.
Enjoy your sneak peek, I’ll have plenty more photos in your gallery.
So fun! The leaves were falling across our street, so I grabbed my girls and my camera and headed on over for some fall fun!!!
The girls had a blast catching, throwing, examining and playing with the leaves… and I had fun capturing it.
