This custom package consists of three photo sessions, each documenting special milestones in your child’s life: newborn, six months and one year.
Our Baby’s Portrait Plan normally runs $399, a $500 value. With it you get a $50 print credit with each of the three sessions. Use that print credit to purchase photographic prints, canvases, photo books, image boxes, birth announcements, digital files… whatever suits your needs.

Included with this year-long portrait package:
• Three custom photo sessions will document important milestones in your child’s life. We recommend newborn (the earlier, the better: around ten days is optimal), six-eight months (when your child is sitting up) and one year. But this is a flexible program, so use it however best fits your needs. You have three years to use the three photo sessions.
• A print credit of $50 is included with each session, and may be used towards the purchase of collections, digital images, photo books, wall art, baby announcements… whatever works best for you and your family.
• 10% off any additional print or product purchases.
• An optional maternity session may be added for $100, and also includes a $50 print credit.
For the best possible outcome for your sessions:
• The newborn session will take 2-3 hours and will be scheduled at your home, as long as you live within a 30 minute drive of zip code 85250. For best results, this session should occur when the newborn baby is under two weeks of age (except in the case of preemies). We prefer to schedule this according to your due date prior to delivery, and to confirm the appointment after the child is born. This helps ensure our ability to work this important session into our schedule, and prevents us from overbooking during this critical time.
• Please review our “Newborn Baby Tips” prior to your newborn appointment.
• Your second mini-session will take approximately 30-45 minutes and should occur during the ‘sitting up’ stage and before crawling (5-8) months. Please try to schedule this at about one month prior to your actual appointment.
• Your third full portrait session will take from 1-2 hours and must occur within the a month of your child’s first birthday. Please schedule this appointment as early as possible to ensure availability.
Terms and conditions:
• Payment is required in full prior to scheduling your first session.
• We understand that emergencies occur, so we allot one reschedule per session. You must notify us at least two hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule, and preferably 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any further cancellations will result in forfeiture of that session.
• If you have a scheduled session appointment and do not show up or cancel ahead of time, you forfeit the appointment. In the unlikely event that you do miss a session, you will receive a $50 print and product credit towards your next session.
• The Baby Portrait Plan is nontransferable between children.
• A few family photos with the baby, parents and siblings may be included at these sessions if you’d like. However the primary focus is on the child registered in the Portrait Plan.
• There is no additional charge in the case of multiples. We actually specialize in twins, triplets, or more.
• Current prices at the time of enrollment will apply to any purchases from your sessions. Portrait Plan clients will not be affected by price increases for the duration of their plan.
